Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days. (Orders with personalization typically take 5-7 business days to ship)
Shipping Time: Varies depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shared during your purchase process.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location, the weight of the package, and the shipping method chosen. We try and keep shipping low with flat rates for all Canada and US.

RETURNS
In order to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery (this window is extended around holidays) and we will provide instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition. We do not accept returns on personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as an item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
